You may be aware that I started the Brain EV Meditation Program in June 2009, but that is not to say that I have yet to experience anything with it.
I am quite used to brainwave entrainment technology after using Holosync since August 2007 and after my decision to pause my use of Holosync in order to investigate and experience the Brain EV System in June 2009 I have already experienced some things to report on.
As with Holosync, the results will vary from person to person and this is no exception to that, but I do believe that the developers of this particular brainwave entrainment system are onto something.
First of all, the meditation sessions are 30 minutes instead of 1 hour, which will appeal to anyone who has a problem getting out of the concept of "Not having enough time". It is also a 6 month program in total, consisting of 6 CDs, which are used for one month each.
It is also recommended to use whatever level CD you are on for 6 days a week, making sure you take a day off every week. This is a different technology at work here to that of Holosync. They must be similar, employing binaural beats, but Brain EV goes further – apparently – and uses more than just a pair of differing carrier signals, one in each ear. This system also employs dynamics in a rhythmic sense and to be honest is totally over my head. They do an incredible job of presenting the explanation of the technology, including brainwave scan images to compare the brain map before and after a session of the Brain EV System.
You can read a much better description of the technical details on the product website, but here you want to read about the results right?
OK. What do I have to report on after 1 month of using the Brain EV System?
Most notably is a drastic decrease in the amount of sleep I need. I am a highly creative person with ideas popping into my head at all times. I often need more time than seems to exist in order to get much of my work done and as a result I can find myself deprived of sleep. Over the last month I have been waking up earlier, without any outside influence (like an alarm clock) and I have also felt much more energetic with less sleep than normal.
It would appear that the stress-reducing state my brain is being put in during these deep meditation sessions is as effective or more so than a big, healthy dose of sleep. What is interesting is that after nearly every session I feel like I have had a good night’s sleep. My brain feels alert, recharged and my body feels rested. My creativity has benefited from this enormously and I can only see more improvement on the way.
I did get this feeling from my Holosync sessions too, but it was never as rich as this and didn’t occur anywhere near as often. I stand by the effectiveness of Holosync though. I just think that between Holosync and the Brain EV System they cover different aspects of growth. Holosync is more subtle, but becomes part of your life for a decade of more if you complete the full program. Brain EV is an accelerated burst, which I believe will be great for getting your brain and your mind set up to put you right on track to being much more in control of your life.
That’s the other thing I have noticed. My emotions are being stirred up as they were when I first started Holosync, mostly in the area of anger and frustration. It is a sign that the CD is doing it’s job and I am glad for the awareness I am gaining in mastering my emotions more effectively.
I recommend Brain EV over Holosync for one reason: The entire program last 6 months, it is very cost effective and is not a lifetime commitment. It may however completely change your life for the better.
The claims of "Most Powerful Self Development Tool on Earth" may well be true.
