What’s All This About?
Hi,
My name is Robert Cooke, also known as Rob and often referred to as the Boy at Heart, which is my "Musical" alter ego!
I love music and developing self-awareness, which is handy because I write songs about growing in self awareness, transformation and anything else that I feel has a positive, inspiring and empowering affect on the listener. I don’t like to write songs that aren’t very positive. There are enough of those in the world, so I don’t need to add to them.
After deciding some time back to change my life and to start creating the life I wanted I have come to a point where I couldn’t be happier with the way my life is, but it wasn’t always like that. I try not to talk about myself too much, but when I do I make sure that it is for the purpose of inspiring an idea for somebody else, demonstrating an example of how life can be steered in the direction you want it to go and I try to make sure it is interesting and not too self serving! 
So, these days I spend most of my time doing what I love, applying my natural talents and passions to create something I am proud of and that can be of value to others. My ideas are constantly evolving and their success and effectiveness depend, not only on me, but one other very important factor… YOU.
